Tom Cruise made a bold claim about his Mission: Impossible journey after eight movies.
After bringing his Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning to New York City, that Hollywood action star stated he has no regrets about the franchise.
During the NYC premiere of the eighth and potentially final instalment in the Mission: Impossible universe at Lincoln Center on Sunday, May 18, the 62-year-old actor said that if he had to do it all over again, he wouldn't change a thing.
"I did the best you can, and it’s representing all the efforts of everyone involved at that particular moment," he reflected on his many years starring in the hit action-movie franchise.
The Top Gun star continued, "I looked at it, and I really see what it takes to make these movies and what I've learned about storytelling [in] this particular genre."
As he dished on his MI legacy, Cruise was joined by his director and collaborator Christopher McQuarrie and costars Angela Bassett, Hayley Atwell, Henry Czerny, Nick Offerman, Pom Klementieff, Simon Pegg and Tramell Tillman at the movie's U.S. premiere over the weekend.
