SZA wishes to feature in 'Marvel' movie
SZA made her acting debut with Keke Palmer
American singer and songwriter SZA has opened about her dream role she would love to play.
The 35-year-old has shown her interest in being a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
The Kill Bill singer made her acting debut opposite Keke Palmer in film, One of Them Days. Now, she is eyeing her dream role in MCU.
In her latest appearance in The Jennifer Huson Show, SZA revealed that she would love to play a superhero.
The musician shared that she would love to portray the character of 'Storm' aka 'Ororo Munroe', a comic book character which is a member of the X-Men.
The Good Days vocalist confessed that she grew up watching to Marvel and DC movies and is well-aware of the origin story of 'Storm'. “So, I think that would be so gnarly if I could be Storm origin story", she continued.
She also spoke about her favourite Marvel character which is the 'Silver Surfer'.
“I was talking to someone the other day… Well, my dad collects first-edition comics, so he has the first-edition Thor comics and Silver Surfer just in the basement.”
The famous MCU character has been previously portrayed by Halle Berry and Alexandra Shipp.
