Selena Gomez shares rare insight about Steve Martin, Martin Short on set

Selena Gomez shared a sweet story about Steve Martin and Martin Short, from the set of Only Murders In The Building.

The 32-year-old singer and actress revealed that her co-stars are creatures of habit and they always eat the same food while they are on set.

The Rare hitmaker gave a candid interview at Hot Ones on Thursday, March 20th, and joked, “I sit there and read the news with them every day … and they eat the same thing every day. And now, I eat the same thing every day.”

Gomez shared that she has now adopted Short and Martin’s habit, who rotate between either a tuna sandwich with Dijon mustard or a sushi platter between their sequences during the show, and she too, repeats the same meal.

“And now, all I eat is a chicken salad sandwich. For some reason, I’m excited to eat my meal next to theirs. I feel like my lingo is [fitting for an old soul], sometimes I’ll say, ‘Yes, no and I remember whilst I was.’ It’s, like, what am I talking about? That’s just Steve and Marty. They’re the best,” the popstar gushed.

The Fetish songstress has become friends with the veteran actors since they filmed the season 1 of Only Murders in the Building in 2021, and the trio is now currently filming season 5.
