‘Verity’ starring Anne Hathaway, Dakota Johnson is off to bloody start: See first look
Josh Hartnett also has pivotal role in the film based on Colleen Hoover's novel
Anne Hathaway and Dakota Johnson have finally kickstarted filming their upcoming movie, which is a novel adaptation of author Colleen Hover.
The first look from the sets have been unveiled showcasing Dakota in an extremely thrilling situation.
On March 12, PEOPLE dropped the first images of the 35-year-old actress filming a scene with co-star Josh Hartnett for Verity in New York City.
The pictures showed Johnson wearing a formal attire experiencing a horrendous accident which had happened right in front of her eyes.
She wore an ivory-coloured top along with brown pants and a light grey coloured long coat. The photos depicted her covered with fake blood splattered on her face and clothes.
It seemed like the Fifty Shades of Grey star was shooting a scene from the book involving a car accident with a cyclist.
Reportedly, The Devil Wears Prada actress had already started working on Verity. Her first look from the sets have also been revealed.
She will not only feature in the forthcoming film, but is also working as a producer alongside director Michael Showalter, who previously directed her 2024 movie.
Last year, the 41-year-old featured in another Hoover’s book adaptation The Idea of You alongside Nicholas Galitzine.
