New change being made for iOS users, which will be available in future update
WhatsApp, the Meta-owned platform, is currently working on bringing a new widget feature for accessing the Meta AI chatbot in a future update of the app.
This widget is in making to provide users with a quick and enhanced way to initiate conversations with Meta AI directly from their Home Screen, reported WABetaInfo.
Eliminating the need to search for the chat manually in the app, this action will directly open a conversation with Meta AI.
Ensuring a consistent experience across both platforms, it appears that WhatsApp now intends to bring the same widget to iOS users in the future.
Additionally, this widget includes three buttons, each acting as a shortcut to a core feature of the chatbot.
The first shortcut allows users to ask a question to Meta AI instantly, enhancing interactions with the chatbot, making it easier and faster to get responses from Meta AI.
The second shortcut, on the other hand, enables users to send a photo directly to Meta AI.
Furthermore, the last shortcut is for the voice chat mode, allowing users to open the chat with Meta AI and immediately interact with the chatbot using their voice instead of typing.
