Princess Beatrice is reportedly struggling with distress after newly surfaced emails appear to contradict her father's, Prince Andrew’s, past statements about his ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
Recently revealed correspondence from 2011 suggests that the Duke of York maintained contact with Epstein, despite previously claiming their association ended in December 2010.
The messages, released by the Financial Conduct Authority, allegedly show Andrew telling Epstein: “Keep in close touch, and we’ll play some more soon!!!!”
Insiders say Beatrice, who recently welcomed her second daughter, Athena, is deeply affected by the latest revelations.
According to a source quoted by Woman’s Day magazine, “Beatrice is privately devastated. This ordeal has been incredibly difficult, but her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, has been a pillar of support.”
It is reported that Edoardo has taken on a protective role, helping Beatrice navigate the fallout from the ongoing controversy.
Prince Andrew previously denied any further contact with Epstein after their last meeting in New York, as stated during his infamous 2019 Newsnight interview. However, these newly uncovered emails may raise fresh questions about his claims.
