Ciara hints at fifth child with husband Russell Wilson
Ciara teases at plans of expanding family with husband Russell Wilson
Ciara and her husband Russell Wilson still want more family.
The American singer-songwriter and dancer is open to the idea of growing her family with husband, just not right away.
During her guest co-hosting appearance on Today with Jenna & Friends on January 31, the Body Party singer, 39, responded to Jenna Bush Hager’s question about whether she and Wilson are considering having another baby.
“Do you think y’all are going to have baby No. 5?” Bush Hager asked.
Ciara—who shares three children with Wilson and one with ex-fiancé Future—smiled and coyly responded, “I do. I do!”
However, she noted that while she’s open to the idea, she isn’t rushing into it just yet.
“I think in a little bit of a time,” she explained. “My youngest is one, so listen, there’s a trend with all of our babies—they’re all three years apart.”
While she acknowledged that they don’t have to stick to that exact pattern, Ciara made it clear she wants more time before considering another pregnancy.
“If it’s up to Russ, ‘cinco’ is coming next month, but we got a little time, baby,” she joked, playfully referring to a potential fifth baby as “baby cinco.”
Bush Hager then pointed out the large espresso martinis placed in front of them during the segment, joking that “cinco could be here any day” if they continued indulging.
“You are right!” Ciara laughed in response.
