'The Traitors' star Wilfred Webster shares the untold story of Claudia Winkleman’s on-set enthusiasm
Claudia Winkleman has been secretly supporting contestants on The Traitors, reveals a former star of the popular BBC show.
Wilfred Webster, a former contestant from the show has opened up about Claudia's surprising involvement behind the scenes.
According to the man, the host wasn’t just a bystander but was deeply engaged in the drama unfolding among the contestants. This new revelation adds another layer of excitement.
Wilfred shared that her energy went far beyond her role as host with her extra enthusiasm fully engaged in the drama unfolding behind the scenes.
While talking to Daily Star, he said: "She doesn't care who wins, it's a really weird thing. She's like, 'I just want somebody to win.' She doesn't care if you're faithful or a traitor."
However, the ex contestant went on recalling how Claudia would actively cheer on the players during missions.
"When we were doing the missions, she was actually really supportive, shouting, going mad, and screaming for us. It was really funny, but then all of a sudden, she's really serious. Claudia was amazing, she was so supportive."
He continued, "With Claudia, she's obviously with the traitors more than she's with the faithful because she will come and speak to us in the turret and say we've got to do this and that."
