Prince Harry's relationship with uncle takes surprising turn amid new court battle
Prince Harry’s lawyer takes on new court battle as family rift grows
Prince Harry may face new problems regarding his relationship with his loved ones as his lawyer has taken a surprising step.
The Duke of Sussex's lawyer David Sherborne, who represents the Duke of Sussex in his various High Court claims against the tabloid press, has geared up to take new legal battle.
The high-profile lawyer is set to represent Countess Karen Spencer in her legal battle against Earl Spencer, potentially creating tension within Harry and William's uncle's family.
Spencer family feud does not seem to end anytime soon as it has taken a new turn. The Duke's barrister will now find himself on opposing sides of a family dispute.
The legal document has reportedly made an uncomfortable reading for Earl Spencer, who strongly rejected his estranged wife's claims.
The case has reportedly placed Sherborne in a delicate position, as he continues to represent the Duke of Sussex whilst taking on a case against Harry's uncle, Earl Spencer.
On the other hand, the lawyer is currently representing several significant legal battles against media organisations.
Sherborne, in January, is set to lead Harry's eight-week trial against News Group Newspapers (NGN), concerning alleged unlawful information gathering and privacy invasion.
Princess Diana and King Charles III's youngest son Harry faces potentially four days of "extensive" questioning during the trial, which begins the week of January 20.
It is being claimed that Sherborne's new legal fight may affect the Duke's relationship with his uncle Earl Spencer, who always supports Meghan and Harry amid the couple's feud with the royal family.
