Eminem 'ready to fight' Mike Tyson under one condition
Canadian rapper Eminem challenges boxing champion Mike Tyson for a face off
Eminem is ready to face off Mike Tyson in boxing ring but he has one condition.
During his guest appearance on SiriusXM’s Whoo's House Podcast, the Mockingbird hitmaker playfully said he’d be willing to fight the boxing legend as long as Tyson is not allowed to hit him.
"That guy would hit me one time and I'd f---in' die so I guess that's it, so yeah, so I'm down," the 15-time Grammy Award winner said. "I'm down to fight Mike Tyson if he can't hit me."
Eminem’s lighthearted remarks were a sarcastic take on his boxing skills while expressing his reverence for Tyson.
Comparing himself to Jake Paul, the YouTuber-turned-boxer who has taken on professional fighters, the Canadian rapper admitted he wouldn’t stand a chance against Tyson.
Eminem’s comments come in the wake of Tyson’s recent bout against Jake Paul, which is dubbed as the "fight of the year."
Netflix teamed up with Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) to stream the record-breaking boxing event live from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on November 17.
Although, in an eight-round heavyweight clash, Tyson showed via his moves that he was the champion for a reason, Paul managed to land enough clean shots on the boxing idol to secure an unanimous decision from the judges in his favour.
