Celine Dion is remembering her late husband René Angélil on what would have been the couple's 30th wedding anniversary, nearly a decade after his passing.
The celebrated singer took to her Instagram on Tuesday, December 17, to revisit memories of her marriage to husband, who died of throat cancer on January 14, 2016.
Posting a heartwarming photo on the occasion, the Canadian singer wrote in the caption, “You still fill our hearts, every day. You are everything for us. We miss you so much.
“Happy 30th anniversary, mon amour!

“René-Charles, Eddy and Nelson.”
The post featured a young Celine, passionately holding the face of her lover as they gazed into each other's eyes. Meanwhile, René held her around the waist.
Fans couldn’t stop swooning over her photos as they thronged the comments section with heartfelt messages for the couple.
One fan commented, “You showed the world how love is supposed to be. I have no doubt he is looking down, today especially and is just so proud of you and the boys. Happy Anniversary.”
