John Wick producer says that the ‘stars have to align’ if the fifth entry confirms
Keanu Reeves believes that he might not be able to do the upcoming John Wick sequel.
It is not about the availability, but Reeves thinks that he might not be able to cope up the demands of the film.
The 60-year-old isn’t sure that his body would allow him to perform the challenging the stunts in the action-packed movie.
In a statement, he said that ‘my knees now say to me that you cannot do anymore John Wicks’.
In his interview on CBS This Morning, The Matrix actor stated: “You can never say never, but my knees right now are saying, ‘You can’t do another ‘John Wick.”
“So, my heart does, but I don’t know if my knees can do it”, continued Keanu.
The fourth chapter of Chad Stahelski’s directorial killed off the Canadian actor’s alter ego. Therefore, there is no official confirmation by the makers if Reeves will be returning in the titular role.
Producer Erica Lee, in November, disclosed that the ‘stars have to align’ if the studio decided to come up with the fifth installment.
John Wick also stars Ian McShane, Lance Reddick, Laurence Fishburne, and Bridget Moynahan.
