Brad Pitt shuts down huge offer to work with ex Angelina Jolie
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will ‘no way’ be working together
Brad Pitt will not be saying yes to multi-million dollar offers to appear on-screen with Angelina Jolie again.
A source close to the 60-year-old actor revealed that he would not “lower himelf” to accept any amount of money to work with someone who has caused him so much “heartache.”
The estranged couple, who have been trying to finalise their divorce since 2016, received an offer from producer Danny Rossner to play on-screen couple in new film based on real-life hotelier Emmanuel Martinez.
According to the producer, Jolie and Pitt could "put their differences aside" to star in the movie. But sources close to the Fight Club star share that there is "no way" this could happen.
"All the money in the world wouldn't get Brad to appear in a movie with Angelina ever again. It would definitely spark public interest, but it's not anything he would ever consider for a moment,” the source told Daily Mail.
"They are currently bitter enemies so there is no way Brad would lower himself to be paid any amount of money to talk to Angie on screen. She's caused him so much heartache and doesn’t even want his inner circle to talk about her."
The source added that the producer’s offer was only a "clever publicity stunt" and "not something either side entertained,” adding, “There was never any real offer."
