Tori Spelling is excited about having a personal driver in the form of her daughter Stella Doreen.
On Tuesday, December 10, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum took to Instagram to celebrate a major milestone of her 16-year-old: She earned her learner’s permit.
Spelling, 55, shared a photo of Stella sitting behind the steering wheel, her eyes focused on the road and a slight smile on her face. The proud mom captioned it with a heartwarming yet playful note.
"So proud of @stella_mcdermott08. She’s officially on the road with her drivers permit" She began. "She worked hard and nailed the written test. Started her driving lessons. And, can now be my personal Uber."
Reflecting on her daughter's younger years, the mother of five reminisced about the times she used to check on her baby in the backseat to make sure she was safe.
"My view is quite different—literally, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Couldn’t be more proud of this sweet 16," she shared.
Admitting the moment was emotional, the former Dancing with the Stars contestant confessed, "Not going to lie, I cried like a baby when she passed. Tears of pride. Now, I have six months to figure out a car situation [laughing with tear emoji]."
She signed off with a heartfelt, "I love you, Buggy [ladybug emoji]. #driving #learnerspermit #driverspermit."
In addition to Stella, Spelling shares Liam Aaron, 17, Hattie Margaret, 13, Finn Davey, 12, and Beau Dean, 7, with her estranged husband, Dean McDermott.
