Jin offered rare insights into how BTS band members maintain respect among themselves.
The eldest member of the globally acclaimed septet, which includes Jimin, Jungkook, J-Hope, Suga, RM, and V, shared a candid perspective on the group's dynamic during a conversation with Japanese personality Masaki Aiba on Since Those Days.
"I think to be respectful, we need to recognize that we’re not friends, we’re partners who work together," the 31-year-old reflected on the importance of maintaining professionalism within the seven-member group.
"Among friends, when you get mad at each other, sometimes you won’t help each other because you are mad," he elaborated. "But here it’s that kind of concept. Basically, we’re working together."
"So, I think the most important thing is to have an attitude that even if there’s a situation where our feelings get hurt, we still have to work together professionally," the Running Wild hitmaker added, explaining meticulously how BTS maintains harmony despite their differing opinions.
Jin’s comments shed light on the fact that disagreements are inevitable as seven individuals contribute unique perspectives to their projects. However, the members approach their work professionally rather than letting personal emotions take over.
