Martha Stewart seems to be a fan of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky.
The lifestyle icon and author couldn’t hide her excitement after crossing paths with Rihanna and A$AP Rocky at the 2024 Footwear News Achievement Awards (FNAA).
The prestigious event, held on December 4 at Cipriani South Street in New York City, celebrated some of the most influential figures in the footwear industry.
Taking to Instagram, the 83-year-old shared her admiration for Rihanna with a glowing caption, “RIRI @badgalriri is so beautiful! And statuesque!” She didn’t forget to mention A$AP Rocky, calling the rapper “very handsome and funny.”
An additional snapshot featuring Stewart and Rihanna, radiating style and confidence, was shared by Kevin Sharkey, the executive director of design for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.
Both Stewart and A$AP Rocky were honored at the ceremony. Stewart received the coveted Icon Award, while Rocky was recognized with the Collaboration of the Year award for his work with Puma.
For the event, Stewart dazzled in a metallic Libertine outfit, pairing a glittery sweater and pants with a bold statement jacket. She completed her look with sparkling Pier Lite slip-on wedges from her Skechers collaboration.
On the red carpet, Stewart offered a glimpse of her style philosophy for the holiday season, emphasizing practicality.
“Wear something wearable, comfortable, and indestructible,” she told People. “You don’t wanna get grease stains on something, you know, that costs $5,000. So you wear something that’s washable.”
