Hugh Jackman roasts Ryan Reynolds on his mom's special day

Hugh Jackman is keeping his friendship genuine as he celebrates his Deadpool & Wolverine co-star Ryan Reynolds’ family in a heartfelt update.

The 56-year-old, who shares an incredible bond with his co-star, took to his Instagram to share a carousel of photos of himself with Reynolds’ mother on her birthday.

Meanwhile, the actor didn’t hesitate to poke some fun at his friend in the caption as he went on to say, "Happy Birthday to the one and only, Tam Tam!"

Jackman started his wish by mentioning the names of Ryan's three older brothers before continuing, "Patrick, Terry, Jeff and I love you so much. And of course, your emergency, stand-in son, Ray. Rolf…? Ryan?"

His post was taken with surprise as Ryan thronged the comments section with his hilarious message.

"Blasphemer!" he wrote in a comment on Jackman's post.

The 48-year-old actor also posted a heartwarming post on the occasion as he celebrated his mom’s milestone birthday.

He wrote, "Tam Tam is 80!!! Wishing my mom the happiest birthday.”

Sharing a video montage of funny moments between himself and Tammy, he further went on to explain, “I still remember the first time I saw her. I was sitting in the backyard one night, holding a flashlight and dozing off. Suddenly, she just came waddling out of the shed. It scared the s--- out of me!"

In addition, the Green Lantern alum concluded his post on a serious note, "Happy Birthday mom. You are the best mom. "We love you. Your grandbabies love you. Most importantly, @thehughjackman loves you.”
