Francesca Eastwood's arrest sparks mystery as victim refuses to cooperate

American legendary actor Clint Eastwood's daughter Francesca’s recent arrest case took a surprising twist.

The 31-year-old actress was arrested in October for abusing her husband as the details of the detention is still unanswerable.

According to TMZ, the District Attorney has made a startling decision of moving forward with charges against Francesca as there was not enough evidence which can prove her wrong.

"The DA decided in October not to prosecute the case, citing insufficient evidence. Francesca's boyfriend -- 'would not cooperate with law enforcement and turned down medical treatment."

The source further claimed that the actress' boyfriend, who got abused by her, did not cooperate much with the police as he refused to ask for medical help as well.

When the alleged victim and Francesca made appearance at the police station, the cops saw the marks on her beau's body.

She later got bail after paying massive amount worth $50,000 bond since her lover decided not speak up against her and so the case was dropped ultimately.

Francesca Eastwood has done a few films and TV shows as she also appeared in her dad's movie True Crime, as well as Jersey Boys.
