Cardi B threatens to sue, call ex Offset to 'beat up' CPS prank callers
Cardi B revealed someone prank called Child Protection Services on her kids while she was in the hospital
Cardi B is furious after a prank caller sent child protective services (CPS) to her home, falsely reporting her children were in danger.
The Grammy-winning rapper, 32, took to Instagram Live from a hospital bed on Monday night, slamming the “f***ked up” prank and vowing to take legal action — if not taking matters into her own hands.
“We’re the only coloured people in my neighbourhood and for motherf**kers to pop up in my house with cops and child protective services because motherf**kers wanna do an anonymous call involving my children…” Cardi said per Page Six.
Cardi, who revealed she has been hospitalised since Saturday, said the prank pushed things too far and that she plans to sue both CPS and the person behind the anonymous call. “I’m gonna hire the best private investigator... because y’all take joking too far.”
She further threatened, “I’m not even pressing charges on you. If you’re a boy, my baby father is gonna beat you the f**k up. If you’re a woman, me and [my sister] Hennessy are gonna beat you the f**k up.”
The rapper also defended her parenting, sharing that her children are well taken care of, with her daughter Kulture’s tuition costing $45,000 and her son Wave’s nanny at $700 a day.
Cardi, who shares her kids with ex-husband Offset, added, “We don’t play that s–t. My kids live great.”
