Cher has recently dished out details about the book tour for her upcoming memoir, Cher: The Memoir Part 1.
Taking to Instagram on October 9, the musician shared her tour details which will start in New York City on November 20 before stopping in Englewood, N.J., London, Beverly Hills, California and San Franciso.
She revealed that the tickets for the tour will go on sale from October 10.
Cher discussed about two-part memoir as she shared the synopsis back in July.
The first installment will follow “her extraordinary beginnings through childhood to meeting and marrying Sonny Bono — and reveals the highly complicated relationship that made them world-famous, but eventually drove them apart”.
The book will explain “how this diamond in the rough succeeded with no plan and little confidence to become the trailblazing superstar the world has been unable to ignore for more than half a century,” according to a synopsis.
Earlier in November 2023, the singer talked about her boon during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
“I just totally chickened out,” admitted Cher.
The songstress stated, “I didn’t put in some things that needed to be put in. And they’re not comfortable.”
However, the singer remarked, “They need to be put in so I have to go back and man up.”
At the time, Cher said, “I’ve lived too long and done too much and so it’s like it should be the encyclopedia.”
Meanwhile, Cher: The Memoir, Part I will hit the bookstores on November 19 and is available for preorder now.
