Was afraid at first since I didn't look like a wrestler: Anushka Sharma

Sultan starlet Anushka Sharma recently stated that she was afraid of playing a female wrestler in the beginning. However, once the actress did her research on the matter, she found several female wrestlers around the world looked like her. This is what she said:-

"Earlier, I was very scared as I don’t look like a wrestler. We have a perception that wrestlers are of a particular size. I used to often question producer Aditya Chopra how can this happen (looking like a wrestler)," she said. 

"But when I did some research I found out that there were people internationally who looked like me," she said. 

Anushka Sharma plays a female wrestler in Sultan, which releases on Eid. The Bollywood actress could be seen in the trailer of the movie displaying a couple of serious wrestling moves, as she tossed and grappled an opponent, throwing him onto the ground. 

Salman Khan plays the lead role in Sultan, that of a male wrestler who comes back from his retirement but has to train hard. The film's trailer has been a success, as fans couldn't help but go gaga over Ali Abbas Zafar's directed action sequences from the movie. 

Anushka Sharma plays Salman Khan's love interest in the movie.
