Ashley Tisdale announces birth of second child: 'Obsessed with you'

Ashley Tisdale’s heart is overflowing with joy as she became a mom of two.

On Saturday, September 7, the High School Musical alum took to Instagram to announce she has welcomed a second baby with her husband, Christopher French.

Tisdale, who is already the mom of three-year-old Jupiter, posted an adorable close-up snapshot of herself, French, and their firstborn holding the newborn baby’s hand gently.

The 39-year-old actress further attached a caption with the black-and-white picture, revealing the name, gender and birth date of her second child.

"Emerson Clover French, all three of us are obsessed with you. She landed 9.6.24," Tisdale wrote, punctuating it with a four-leaf clover emoji, a symbol of good luck.

The news of the new baby’s arrival came months after The Suite Life of Zack and Cody actress revealed she was expecting her second baby.

"We can’t wait to meet you," she wrote in her Instagram caption in March, sharing snaps with French, 32, and her burgeoning baby bump. Their daughter Jupiter also appeared in the carousel.

Tisdale tied the knot with French in 2014 and welcome her first baby in March 2021.
