Zayn Malik has sent fans into a frenzy with his wild look.

On Friday, August 23, the former One Direction star made a surprise Instagram update with an acapella rendition of his song Shoot At Will, marking his first post in over a month.

However, fans were more shocked by his transformed appearance than his impressive vocals. In a stark departure from his usual cropped hairstyle, the Dusk Till Dawn hitmaker sported longer hair and a full beard.

Many fans were taken aback, with some noting that he was almost unrecognisable at first glance.

"Give me the haircare routine because how does your hair grow so fast?" one fan commented.

"Damn, that beard," another fan added, accompanied by a series of crying emojis.

"I didn’t recognise him at first—only after I saw the name and he started singing," a third fan shared.

Some fans even gave him playful nicknames, like "Bear Man" and "Caveman."

In the video, Malik, 31, donned cream pants and a matching long-sleeve button-up shirt, looking away from the camera as he performed the track from his latest album, Room Under the Stairs.
