Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez pals fear the marriage has ‘run its course’

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck marital troubles have divided their pals on whether the couple will be able to survive this rough patch.

Affleck and Lopez, who haven’t appeared in major public events together since the past month, are reportedly going through “complex” issues in their marriage, per a source cited by Us Weekly.

Lopez has been currently on a promotional tour of her upcoming movie Atlas, meanwhile Affleck is working on the sequel The Accountant. He has also reportedly moved out of their 60 million Beverly Hills mansion to stay at a nearby rental while they figure out their next steps.

Given the situation of the two, friends of the couple are torn about where their relationship is headed.

“Some believe they can work it out with time and effort, pointing to their deep bond. Others think the relationship has run its course.”

The source also added that Lopez and Affleck are “both reassessing their priorities,” and, “[figuring out] what they truly want from the marriage.”

Lopez and Affleck famously rekindled their relationship from the early 2000s in 2021 and married in 2022.
