Jennifer Garner wants her ex Ben Affleck to stay happy amid JLo divorce rumours

Jennifer Garner wants her ex-husband Ben Affleck stay happy with his current wife Jennifer Lopez amid their divorce speculations.

A source spilled to the PEOPLE, Garner "wants the best for" for Ben who is experiencing marriage problem within two years of marriage with JLo.

"She wants him happy and healthy so he can be the best dad possible," shared an insider.

For the unversed, Garner and Affleck share three kids: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.

The source told the outlet that Garner, who is dating chairman and CEO of Cali Group John Miller, "likes that [Lopez] lives a healthy lifestyle and supports Ben’s sobriety".

"Jen wants that for Ben," added an insider.

Interestingly, Affleck and Garner reportedly tied the knot in 2009 and parted ways back in 2015 while officially filed for divorce in April 2017.

It's pertinent to mention that Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance in 2021 and married in July 2022.

Earlier, Lopez was seen promting her movie Atlas in Los Angele and Mexico without her husband Affleck. The pair have been living apart from each other in LA earlier this month.

Meanwhile, the Argo star spoke to PEOPLE in 2020 and reflected on his previous marriage with Garner. "

"Our marriage didn't work, and that’s difficult. Both of us really believe that it’s important for kids to see their parents respect one another and get along, whether they’re together or not," he stated at the time.

Garner added, "I have a lot of respect and gratitude toward her. And I wish her the very best."
