Cara Delevingne’s house in Studio City, California caught fire in turn of which the actress has bore major loss.
When the firefighters got to the burning house, they found the rear of the 6,650-square-foot place heavily on fire, as per information released by the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Delevingne’s house’s roof collapsed and the Suicide Squad star’s two cats seemingly lost their lives.
According to reports, the model and actress was not present at the time of the fire, and was photographed in London Thursday, considering she has been there performing as Sally Bowles in Cabaret at the Playhouse Theatre lately.
The fire department did report of an occupant sustaining minor smoke inhalation, but their identity remains unclear.
The star thanked those who responded to the emergency on her Instagram Story on Friday afternoon.
"Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the firefighters and people that have showed up to help," she wrote over a blank snap.
The Only Murders in the Building actress also posted a photo of two of her cats, sparking speculations of the death of the pets.
"My heart is broken today. I cannot believe it. Life can change in a blink of an eye so cherish what you have," she wrote over the photo with a broken heart emoji.
However, Delevingne cleared the air with a following snap of the cats, writing, “They are alive!! Thank you to the firefighters.”
In addition, Delevingne posted a video that was taken in the vicinity of the residence and showed a number of emergency response vehicles, including fire trucks, parked on the streets with flashing red lights.
