Lindsay Lohan reflects on her journey as a mother to seven-month-old son
Lindsay Lohan recently spilled how motherhood has made a difference in her acting career.
Speaking to E! News, Lohan, who gives birth to son Luai seven months ago, said, “I want to do things that my son can see.”
“But I also want to do things that inspire me,” remarked the 37-year-old.
The Freaky Friday star stated, “It's a learning process. I'm having a different go at it. Figuring out what I want to do and how I want to do it.”
However, Lohan revealed she could keep her baby, whom she shares with husband Bader Shammas, on set with her.
The actress informed the outlet she took her son to Ireland while filming her new movie Irish Wish, which will release on Netflix on March 15.
The Parent Trap star mentioned, “I'm still fortunate he's young, so I can bring him everywhere.”
“And he is everywhere with me, because I don't want to leave him. But I think it will definitely play more of a factor as time passes,” added Lohan.
Elsewhere in the interview, Lohan talked about her body changes during months of pregnancy.
In August 2023, the actress posted a mirror selfie with a caption, saying, “I am so proud of what this body was able to accomplish during these months of pregnancy and now, recovery.”
“Having a baby is the greatest joy in the world!” she added.
