BLACKPINK’s Jennie encountered an unfortunate situation during her recent airport outing.
According to Allkpop, the Odd Atelier mogul suffered a minor injury at Incheon International Airport while shuffling through the overwhelming crowd on Saturday.
In the video, the 28-year-old singer and rapper struggled to maintain a smile amidst a flurry of fans and camera flashes, revealing her discomfort as the idol is known to have social anxiety.
Moreover, at one point, the young CEO was observed tightly pressing her fingers together as she had accidentally incurred a paper cut while accepting a fan’s letter. Her expressions conveyed the instant pain she experienced.
Consequently, many BLACKPINK fans, widely called Blink, took notice and urged to give the Pink Venom songstress some space.
One concerned fan wrote, "Omg [shocking emoji] why fans do this!?? Give her some space!! Security does a terrible job keeping crowds from getting so close!! Jennie especially doesn't like it! Be nice please!"
"Kindly remember to give her some space blinks she is not ok with too much rush. Love her from afar," a second fan advised.
Another fan chimed in, saying, "If you guys love Jennie, you'll give her space. We all know that she has anxiety, let's not shove gifts to her."
