Ellen DeGeneres heads out on a lunch date with brother Vance

Ellen DeGeneres was seen stepping out for a lunch date with her older brother Vance in Montecito.

As the siblings dined al fresco, the 65-year-old comedian, who is married to Portia de Rossi, wore a light blue t-shirt, light-wash jeans and a pair of black sunglasses.

The 33-time Emmy winner appeared in good spirits as she chose a seat outside while holding onto a refreshing beverage.

For their lunch date, her brother wore a light blue button-down, brown shades, and dark grey shorts and carried a bottle of Essentia Water.

Like Ellen, Vance also works in the entertainment industry and has served as a producer and writer for films like The Incredible Burt Wonderstone (2013), Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011) and Bull Durham (1988).

In 2020, DeGeneres' brother fiercely defended the embattled host as she faced an investigation over allegations of racism, bullying, as well as fostering a 'toxic environment' behind the scenes of her hit talk show which aired its final episode on May 26, 2022.
