ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday fixed January 20 for a petition for hearing filed by top court’s judge Justice Qazi Faez Isa against judicial council.
The petition stated that full court bench had not been established despite of change in composition of judicial council.
A 10-member bench headed by Justice Umar Ata Bandial would conduct hearing on the petition on January 20. The registrar office of the top court had served notices to all respondents in the case.
