Hospitals put on alert by SHC&ME secretary

LAHORE: The Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education (SHC&ME) Department has directed that, in view of the prevailing situation, all hospitals should remain in a state of readiness especially emergencies.
According to a spokesman for the SHC&ME, Special Secretary of SHC&ME directed all medical superintendents that they should remain alert and active with all their staff, including doctors, nurses and paramedical staff.
All medicines, IV fluids, surgical and non-surgical disposables should be available in the hospitals, he further directed.
