BD national among 20 taking part in paragliding event
NOWSHERA: A paraglider from Bangladesh participated in the paragliding event organsied by the Tourism Corporation of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP) in Misri Banda in Akora Khattak on Sunday.Muhammad Asif Hassan from Bangladesh was among the youth, including girls, from various provinces of Pakistan who participated in the event.District Council member Haroon Khan, Deputy Secretary Tourism, Sports and Archeology Adil Safi, Deputy Commissioner Khwaja Muhammad Sikandar, Senior Superintendent, Operations, (SSP) Sajjad Khan also attended the event.
A total of 20 people took part in the paragliding activity, said an official of the TCKP. The participants from Islamabad included Momina Salim, Fatima Iqbal, Anna Iqbal, Maham Shah and others. The TCKP would organise two more sessions for general public on December 16-17 and December 30-31.
