BANNU: The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUIF) on Saturday announced support for the 16-point agenda of the Bannu Qaumi Jirga and pledged to stand with the people of Bannu in their struggle for the acceptance of their demands.

JUIF MPA Malik Adnan Wazir, Bannu Mayor Irfan Durrani, former Tehsil Nazim Engineer Malik Ehsan Khan, and Malik Rahat Khan Advocate participated in a jirga hosted by Jamaat-e-Islami for the political parties of Bannu Division.

During the jirga, the JUIF delegation announced their commitment to support all demands raised by the Bannu Qaumi Jirga and vowed to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the people at every forum. The delegation urged the provincial government to implement the demands approved by the Apex Committee and called for steps to meed the demands. The JUIF leaders assured the people of Bannu of their continued support and pledged to advocate for peace and the well-being of the local people. They also reiterated their resolve to resist military action and called for efforts to bring stability to the region.
