PESHAWAR: Muhammad Sagheem successfully defended his MPhil thesis in Management Sciences from the Qurtuba University of Science and Information Technology. He completed his thesis, titled “Impact of Training on Effective Commitment with Moderating Role of Goal Orientation.”Dr Fahad khan Afridi was his supervisor. His external examiner was Dr Kashif Amin from the Hazara University.
