LOS ANGELES: The nominees for the 88th Academy Awards gathered together at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in LA for the annual Oscar lunch On Monday.
They are the honoured few who have been nominated for a famous golden statuette.
The lunch drew about 150 people, mostly award nominees, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Matt Damon and Lady Gaga.
Notable absentees were Best Actor nominee Michael Fassbender and Best Actress nominee Cate Blanchett. Sylvester Stallone revealed he wasn't going to attend the Oscars because his Creed co-stars were snubbed.
With the ceremony just under three weeks away, campaigning is now more serious than ever.
The 88th annual Academy Awards, hosted by Chris Rock, take place on February 28 at the Dolby Theatre.
