Sarmad Khoosat’s ‘Manto’ witnesses house-full shows

KARACHI: The film based on the life of South East Asia’s one of the greatest short-story teller, Saadat Hasan Manto, has overwhelmed the fans.

The movie goers are of the view that the film has reincarnated the acclaimed writer on the silver screen.

Released under the banner of Geo Films, Manto is getting 100 marks from the fans in terms of its artistic value as well as cinematography.

Sarmad Khoosat has had the fans awestruck both as director of the film and performing the lead of the title.

Those who have watched the movie believe that after a very long time a mature production has made it to the big screens of Pakistani cinemas.

Manto was released on September 11 and it appears set to achieve many milestones in the days ahead.
