Mehwish Hayat-starrer Chhalawa releases colourful teaser packed with drama

Another big desi wedding is paving its way to cinemas in Pakistan as the anticipated Chhalawa unveiled its first teaser and like most films these days, its packed with wedding festivities, dance numbers and a whole lot of heartbreaks and drama.

The Wajahat Rauf directorial dropped in a new teaser and its bursting with colours and celebrations of love starring the notable Mehwish Hayat alongside Azfar Rehman who seem to playing the roles of star-crossed lovers.

While the brief teaser does not give much of the plot away and is still keeping much of the story line concealed, one thing appears to be quite certain: the romantic drama brings with it another story of heartbreak between lovers and conflicts that act as the climax in the film. For additional details, we’ll have to count down days till its release this year on Eid-ul-Fitr.

Alongside Mehwish and Azfar, the film is also starring the real life couple of Zara Noor Abbas and Asad Siddiqui along with Mehmood Aslam.
