Kareena is my favourite hero to work with, reveals co-star Sonam

MUMBAI: Bollywood diva Sonam Kapoor is going all gaga over her ‘Veere Di Wedding’ co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan and the reason is quite clear.

During the trailer launch of the actresses’ upcoming movie ‘Veere Di Wedding’, Sonam Kapoor talking to the media revealed that Kareena Kapoor is in fact her favourite actress. Sonam also stated that her experience of working closely with Kareena has been memorable and that they both created a pleasant environment at work.

She added that shooting 'Veere Di Wedding' was “the most fun” she has had shooting for a film.

“Kareena is my favourite hero to work with. People expect women to pull other women down. What’s amazing is to bond together and rule the world,” said Sonam.

‘Veere Di Wedding’s official trailer was released to the world just a couple of days ago and the audiences cannot stop gushing over it ever since. The two-and-half minute trailer is #3 on trending on YouTube since released.

Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, produced by Sonam’s sister Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor, 'Veere Di Wedding' is slated for release on June 1.    

The film  is a comedy-drama that revolves around girl-bonding and a posh Indian wedding.
