Viral footage of child fast bowler prompts Wasim Akram's reaction

Video of a young boy displaying some impressive bowling skills, which is trending across social media, has garnered the attention of ace cricketer Wasim Akram who in a recent tweet proclaimed that these young talents are the ‘future of cricket.’

A Twitter user named Faizan Ramzan uploaded a short video showcasing an unknown boy who shows remarkable bowling techniques.

Tagging all cricket legends like Wasim Akram, Shoaib Akhtar, Ramiz Raja and Lala (Shahid Afridi) in his post, Faizan wrote:

“I just recieved this video and don’t know about this brilliant kid, want to know your thoughts abt this terrific bowling. @wasimakramlive @shoaib100mph @iramizraja @SAfridiOfficial”

The video has been viewed 96.6K times on Twitter since then.

Lauding the skills for a boy aged 12 or 13 Wasim Akram said that ‘we have serious talent flowing through the veins of our nation.’

He further wrote that Pakistan needs to do something about its deficit of platforms that provide chances to children for projecting their talent.
