DURBAN, South Africa: Virat Kohli hit his 33rd one-day century as India defeated South Africa by six wickets in the first of a six-match series at Kingsmead on Thursday.
Kohli made 112 off 119 balls as India chased down their 270-run target with 27 balls to spare.
South Africa skipper Faf du Plessis also made a century, 120 off 112 balls.
