The actress who starred in Hollywood’s famous drama series ‘Glee’, Naya Rivera was arrested after charges of domestic battery were made against her.
The actress allegedly hit her husband Ryan Dorsey and was put behind the bars.
As reported by the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, a sheriff’s deputy was called for in West Virginia, following a complaint of domestic violence. Upon arrival, Dorsey then narrated to the officer how the actress had hit him in the face and head.
“The deputy saw minor injuries consistent with [Dorsey's] statement," the Sheriff's Office statement said. Dorsey also provided deputies with a video of the incident that supported his claim.
Rivera was then arrested, where she was arraigned and then released temporarily on bond.
After their marriage hit a rough patch, Dorsey and Rivera parted ways last year after two years of marriage. They have a two-year-old son named Josey.
