KARACHI: The second edition of the ‘Jawani Phir Nahin Aani’ franchise just confirmed its much-awaited release date recently.
According to the filmmakers, the movie is expected to hit screens next year on Eid-ul-Azha.
One of the most loved films of the recent times, 'Jawani Phir Nahin Aani' features Fahad Mustafa, Humayun Saeed and Ahmed Ali Butt alongside some other imminent actors.
The film’s shooting is underway currently in Istanbul.
The sequal however makes some new additions to its star-studded cast. Joining the JPNA 2 team is Mawra Hocane and Kubra Khan.
While there were rumours that Rishi Kapoor and Syra Shahroz were offered roles in the sequel, both of them turned the offers down.
