BRIDGETOWN: Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed has won the toss and decided to bowl first against West Indies in the first of the four-match Twenty20 International series here on Sunday.
Eighteen-year-old legspinner Shadab Khan, who impressed in the PSL, is making his international debut for Pakistan while Kamran Akmal has returned for his first international after nearly three years.
For West Indies, Rovman Powell is making his T20I debut as Jason Mohammed and Jerome Taylor have been missed out.
