Angelina Jolie’s ‘new chapter’ hits a snag

Angelina Jolie is finally headed into a new chapter of her life, but one legal battle continues to try and bind her to LA, despite her mansion already selling two months after her youngest turned 18.

For those unversed, Jolie has six children with her ex-husband Brad Pitt and due to custody issues, she was forced to live in LA until her youngest turned 18. From oldest to youngest their names are, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne.

Now, despite many calling the mansion sale a ‘symbolic win’, her case for the ownership dispute of her shared winery, Miraval, with Pitt has sparked more issues.

A source explains it much better and in the following words, “the whole thing is still causing her piles of stress. She’s trying to kick the trial date down the road, which a lot of people are taking as proof that she’s worried about the outcome. There’s no doubt there’s a ton on the line here financially; if she loses, it could really sink her. It’s scary.”

They’ve also said, “on top of that, she’s going into this whole new chapter. For the past twenty-some years, her world has completely revolved around her kids, and that won’t ever really change, but her life is certainly going to look different after she moves.”

What Happened Between Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie?

For those unversed with what happened between the exes, it all began when 2016 brought with it divorce news citing “irreconcilable differences” and it later came to light that there was some alleged incident on a private plane where all the kids were present to bare witness a physical altercation between the then-spouses.

Per a FBI report that later dropped, Brad behaved in a drunken, and abusive manner towards her and the kids. Red wine and beer was thrown over the kids and Jolie in this flight, and over thousands of dollars in damages were also done to the plane’s seats while Brad was allegedly in this haze.

One of their children are said to have gotten choked too, and another struck while trying to defend their mother from Brad. As for Jolie they say she was held by the head, shook, and pushed into the bathroom wall.
