Jennifer Aniston shares sweet insight into mundane life with beau Jim Curtis

Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis romance is reaching new heights as the duo has become an anchor in each other's mundane lives.

The 57-year-old actress took to her Instagram account to share a photo dump of her routine, which also featured the wellness author.

In the candid post, one of the slides showed Curtis playing with Aniston's beloved rescue dogs.

Aniston three dogs, named Lord Chesterfield, Clyde and Sophie, make frequent appearances on her social media.

The Friends alum captioned the carousel, "Sunday Love."

Aniston also gave shout out to Curtis new book, The Book of Possiblity, in the carousel by sharing a picture of its cover page.

Curtis told People in a previous chat, “I wake up and I feed the dogs. I have coffee.”

He continued, “Jen will pick the meditation and we’ll do it.”

“It changes your whole day,” Curtis remarked.

Curtis further shed light on his and Aniston's relationship at the time, revealing that he found the actress after he finally embraced his health struggles following years of resentment.

Curtis and Aniston began dating in the summer of 2025 after they met via mutual friends.
