Princess Diana brother says Prince Harry kids make him ‘sad’

Princess Diana‘s brother talks about the sadness of looking at her grandchildren.

Earl Spencer, who has written a book on his late sister titled Swan Song: Diana, My Sister, admits he felt emotional when Prince Harry came to stay at Althorp this summer alongside wife Meghan Markle and their two children.

“Harry came to stay in the summer with his family, and that was lovely,” Earl Spencer said.

"Although when I look, you know, it’s so sad,” he shared. “I saw the two little kids running around, and the sadness of not having…Can you imagine what a great grandmother Diana would’ve been?”

Earl Spencer went on to add that Princess Diana was the best mother he has ever seen in his life.

He noted: “She set thoughtfulness and good manners as the goal, with sensitivity to others also at a premium, he wrote, adding, “I have never, in my life, come across a better mother.”
