Truth leaks: Charles Spencer’s intentions behind ‘Swan Song’

Charles Spencer, the brother of the beloved Princess Diana is set to release his book Swan Song: Diana, my Sister tomorrow and already serialized excerpts by The Daily Mail have taken over social media.

Insight for this has come via a well placed source that is well versed with all that is happening behind closed doors at the Spencer estate, as well as the King’s.

According to Naughty But Nice they say, “Charles [Spencer] is absolutely loving this. For most of his life, Diana was the Spencer everyone wanted. Now the microphones are pointed at him.”

What’s more is that “he’s making headlines around the world, and he doesn’t want that attention to disappear.”

The insider also didn’t end there. According to what has been shared with celebrity news reporter Rob Shuter, the Earl has finally cracked his own spot in the world, and this is something monumental because “Diana’s shadow was enormous.”

They also say, “Charles could walk into a room and still be Diana’s brother. Now people are showing up specifically to hear Charles speak — and that feels very different.”

Much to the potential dismay of the Palace there’s also a high prospect that he’s already planning to cement himself—beyond Swan Song. According to the update, “he wants more interviews and more opportunities.”

They also say, “there are conversations about what comes next. Another book, television, a screen adaptation — Charles isn’t treating this like one publicity tour and goodbye.”
