Jim Curtis shares sweet morning ritual with Jennifer Aniston that 'changes' their day

Jim Curtis opened up about one morning ritual he and Jennifer Aniston do that set the tone for the day.

The 51-year-old well-being coach, who has been dating the Friends alum for more than an year, shared a rare insight into his and Aniston’s morning routine and how it “changes” their whole day.

Curtis told People in a recent chat, “I wake up and I feed the dogs. I have coffee.”

He continued, “Jen will pick the meditation and we’ll do it.”

“It changes your whole day,” Curtis remarked.

Curtis further shed light on his and Aniston's relationship, revealing that he found the actress after he finally embraced his health struggles following years of resentment.

For those unaware, Curtis was diagnosed with lesions in his spinal cord leading to severe nerve damage and partial paralysis in his 20's due to which he remained "angry for a longtime."

"When I got to the point of loving my body and loving myself, I found this amazing relationship," Curtis admitted. "A sense of self-love and acceptance is mirrored in your relationships."

He continued, “I just had this idea that at 50 years old, I would have a more substantial relationship, a serious relationship that would warm my heart.”

Giving further insights into his idea of love and life, which drastically changed in recent years, Curtis noted, “I can accept love. I like to give love. What I’ve done is I’ve stepped into love holistically, in the sense of not just romantic love, but this loving compassion where my heart breaks open for the people I work with, and not in a bad way.”

Curtis and Aniston began dating in summer of 2025 after they met via mutual friends.
