King Charles’ cancer sets off a ticking clock

King Charles’ rumoured efforts to bridge the gap between his sons has often been leaked, and this time around it seems his health has really set something off.

Insight into the family’s personal dynamics comes straight from a well placed source that is close to Woman’s Day.

According to their findings, the fact of the matter is that no one knows how long he has to live – as was shared by his own younger son. Thus, an insider admitted, “Charles’ cancer diagnosis set off a ticking clock.”

Reportedly, its changed his point of view drastically, so much so that its said, “suddenly things that seemed so important before weren’t any more and he’s not prepared to leave the monarchy – and his family – in such a divided state.”

But even more than that the source highlighted how much his view on making peace changed. According to the source King Charles has been wanting to have Prince Harry home “always” and “has actively encouraged his return – he never wanted them to leave the UK in the first place.”

However, to keep the piece with his heir and oldest, the King seems to have taken a number of preventative measures. Ones like, assuring William he isn’t taking sides because as the source explains it, “he just wants his family together again.”

“But it’s not easy for Wills,” the same source clarified. “Charles has told him that he’s his true heir, but he believes Harry can be turned into an asset.”
