Elon Musk wanted ‘legion of children before the civil war’, ex-girlfriend claims
St Clair, the mother of one of Musk’s 14 confirmed children, makes the claim in Musk, a documentary by filmmaker Alex Gibney
Elon Musk allegedly told former girlfriend Ashley St Clair that he wanted to have a child with her because he needed “a legion of children before the civil war”, according to a new documentary.
St Clair, the mother of one of Musk’s 14 confirmed children, makes the claim in Musk, a documentary by filmmaker Alex Gibney that premiered at the Venice film festival.
The couple had a son in 2024 but later separated. St Clair also claims Musk’s team offered her a $40 million lump sum and $100,000 a month to sign a non-disclosure agreement, but withdrew the offer after she refused.
Speaking at the premiere, St Clair accused Musk of using X, formerly Twitter, to fuel political divisions.
“Whatever it is, what he’s doing with this platform on X cannot be ignored, because he is stoking flames that don’t exist in the real world,” she said.
St Clair, a former Trump supporter, added that she believes Musk is causing “deliberate division that may be catastrophic if it’s not regulated or tamed, or if we don’t do our part in putting it down.”
The four-hour documentary follows Musk’s rise through the technology industry and his increasing involvement in politics.
